Order and Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal as payment. Your card will be charged immediately to reserve your product. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed. We send orders directly to our warehouse as soon as they are submitted to ensure the fastest shipping time possible for our supporters. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any change or cancellation once the order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Shipping & Tracking

We are excited to offer complimentary shipping to US customers on orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts are applied). The free shipping option only appears if your order qualifies.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Domestic orders (those shipping within Canada and the US) will typically take 5-8 business days to arrive once shipped, and international orders may take 2-7 business days to be delivered once shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the order date. The start date of holiday returns and exchanges is November 1. Orders placed on or after this date are eligible for return or exchange through January 15 of the new year.
Your item(s) must be unwashed and unworn, with the hang tag still attached and the tree code unregistered to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Sale items and any items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Any “final sale” items will be marked as such on the product page.
We do not accept returns or exchanges at our corporate address. Please use the information on the return label for your return. If eligible, you will receive a refund within 1-3 business days of your return being inspected at the warehouse. If your item is damaged, please email [email protected] for issue resolution.
